$170 – 53-minute individual sessions

$220 – 90-minute intensive individual session (self-pay only)

Couples Therapy

Therapeutic support for couples to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships.

Do you take my insurance?

I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health and Ascension(Smart Health).

I also take self-pay clients and can offer a superbill if your insurance provider is not on this list and you are able to file a claim for reimbursement for Out-of-Network providers.

What modalities do you utilize?

I use evidence-based modalities tailored to each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems/parts work, and Attachment-Based Therapy.

Do you offer a 15 minute free consultation call, if requested?

Yes, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

What are your specialties?

I specialize in individual and couples therapy, helping clients with complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, loss and grief, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, all sessions are strictly confidential, and your privacy is a top priority. Exceptions are only made as required by law, and include clients who present an imminent danger to themselves or others or allegations of ongoing abuse or neglect of a child. If these limitations concern you, please ask me for clarification.
