Yes, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

What resources are available for immediate help or self-education?
If you are experiencing a mental health or medical crisis, including feeling like a danger to yourself or someone else, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If your symptoms do not require emergency support but you would like to speak to a trained mental health professional after hours, please call the Suicide and Crisis Hotline at 988.
My office does not provide emergency or after-hours care. If you are experiencing concerning mental health symptoms between sessions and can wait until the next business day, please call my office and I will return your call within 24 hours or on the next business day.
